“From the Old World to The New Cuisine”
After the great success of the last edition, the International School of Culinary Arts is offering once again the unique language, culture and gastronomy program to foreign students that want to immerse themselves in one of the most diverseand hot cuisines in the World.
This program will give you the opportunity to understand and practice the old and the new cuisine of Spain, understand the products and the producers, and learn the Spanish language touse in the kitchen. Our Spanish language classes will be held by specialist faculty members of the prestigious University of Valladolid.
This will be the best way to spend your summer. Enjoy the amazing Spain while youget credits, learn and live experiences that you never thought!
Credits Variable: 4 credits per block (quarterhour credits) Students who plan to use this course to fulfill specific curriculum areas should discuss transfer options, and obtain written approval from a counselor or study abroad advisor at their own college/university toconfirm that these professional technical elective credits apply.
