The Honor council of the EIC is composed of of very highly recognized individuals and institutions involved in the gastronomy world working as a consultant board to the institution.
The council’s role is to guard that the EIC institutional objectives are applied and as well as to guide, promote and to advise the development of new projects and opportunities for the school.
The Honor council members are appointed by the EIC, post held for life.
