Summer course wine
During this course, you will be able to submerge yourself with acclaimed wine makers, learning about the traditional varieties and how to pair them with contemporary cuisine. At the same time the program will be complemented by different tastings and field trips around the most important Denominations of Origin in Castilla y León.
No matter which level of Spanish knowledge you have, interactive language classes will be offered everyday according to your needs.
Because the International School of Culinary Arts is so deeply entrenched in the industry, this course will include visits to beautiful and obscure locations not available to the general public. You will embrace the products, smell the aromas and live the culture first hand like never before. We will explore the land of the Spanish knights and parts of the former Roman empire.
This course wil give you the opportunity to think, taste, evaluate and embrace the spanish way of life. After the completion of this course you will receive a diploma accredited by one of the oldest Universities of Spain, the University of Valladolid, as well as the International School of Culinary Arts and the Royal Academy of Gastronomy.
